Terms of service

1. Who we are

Rankvisit is operated by Halfmage, Gerrit Halfmann, Barbary Kostrzewskiej 39, 52-131 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8993022263 ("Rankvisit", "we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Rankvisit is a hosted MCP server. It gives AI assistants that you connect read-only access to your Google Search Console data and, if you connect them, to your Fathom Analytics or Simple Analytics data. Rankvisit never changes data in these services.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. Keep access to it safe.
• Connect only properties, analytics accounts and assistants that you are allowed to use.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account and your connected assistants.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Rankvisit is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe may act as the seller of record and handle taxes; Stripe's terms apply to the payment.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time in the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• access data that you are not allowed to access;
• share your access with people outside your organisation or resell the service without our permission;
• try to bypass limits or security measures, or overload the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Third-party services

Rankvisit depends on Google, your analytics provider, Stripe and the AI assistants you connect. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or what an assistant does with the data it receives.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rankvisit available and correct, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, improve or remove features. Answers from AI assistants can be wrong; check important results before you act on them.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Rankvisit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.

10. Liability

11. Governing law

We may update these terms. We inform you about important changes in advance by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
