Setup and connections

Most questions are answered in the docs, including setup for each assistant and troubleshooting. If your assistant shows an error, send us:

• the email address of your Rankvisit account,
• the assistant you use (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor),
• the tool name and the exact error message,
• the date and time (with time zone) when it happened.

Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens or authorization codes. We never need them.

Billing

You can change your plan, update your payment method, download invoices and cancel in the dashboard under Billing → Manage billing. For anything else, email [email protected].

Privacy requests

You can delete your account yourself in the dashboard. For a copy of your data, a correction or other requests under the GDPR, email [email protected] from the email address of your account. See the privacy policy for details.

Security reports

If you find a security problem, email [email protected] with the subject "Security". Please do not test with other people's data, and give us time to fix the problem before you publish it.

About the connector

• MCP address: https://rankvisit.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
• Authorization: OAuth 2.1 in the browser, with Google sign-in
• Access: read-only. Google Search Console, plus Fathom Analytics or Simple Analytics if connected
